Because you cannot build in the world what's missing in your own team's culture. I work with CEOs and teams in non-profits, corporations, social enterprises, foundations, faith institutions, and more.

Relational Conflict
Because conflict, when navigated well, becomes a threshold into deeper togetherness. I have worked as a coach for over a decade, including mediating conflict among senior leaders of organizations.
Reimagining Masculinity
Because men are searching for new ways to express strength that don’t ask them to shut off emotion and go it alone. I have the privilege of supporting men’s work in both secular and faith-based settings.
Reimagining Faith
Because the world needs more of the sacred that lives between us. I design and facilitate journeys of transformation for faith leaders across traditions.
Foundations & Philanthropy
Because how money moves between people is a relational act, and a shift from control to trust transforms both giver and receiver. I support foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and their grantees in cultivating a relational paradigm for philanthropy.
